Moreover, the 4-door Wrangler adds more rear-seat legroom, thanks to the longer wheelbase. The standard model includes fog lights, push-button ignition, and the company’s new Sunrider, with its sunroof panel. However, air conditioning, power windows, and Bluetooth are missing for the base model and will be available only on for the higher trims. Diesel Engine

The recent spy photos of 2020 Jeep Wrangler revealed something interesting. The eye of the camera catches the chrome 3.0 badge, just above the license plate. That itself is a clear signal to Wrangler fans that something different coming their way. Next to it is the big D and a smaller “diesel” engraving, surely now, the long-awaited diesel Wrangler will hit the streets in the near future.

The EcoDiesel engine is already in use, with Jeep Grand Cherokee and Ram 1500. For these two vehicles, it produces 250 hp and 420 pound-feet of torque. The company is aware that the fans want a low-end torque in a factory-built Wrangler, and they will try to make it as soon as possible. Although there’s no official announcement, we expect that the Jeep will bring the diesel option later this year, with the start of the 2020 model sales.
