The 2020 Buick Enclave changes a couple of things, to establish the recognizable style and appearance. First of all, the name of the entry-level trim is changed to the Preferred. Next, a heated steering wheel is a new feature on the Premier and Avenir models, and Avenir adds a new ebony interior as well. The new model will be 204.3 inches long and will ride on a 120.9-inch wheelbase. With these dimensions, Enclave is a pretty big vehicle, but the graceful exterior design takes a bit off that amount. You’ll notice that the famous Buick waterfall grille is gone, this feature becomes too old in a styling sense.

Now, a modern opening with wings extending from the tri-shield logo is in the place of that waterfall grille. Moreover, if you choose Avenir trim you’ll get a really smooth-looking 3D mesh grille. The new roofline makes this SUV look more like a tall sport wagon, like Mazda CX-9 or something, only bigger. The interior includes a layered dashboard with a chrome and wood accents surface. In the central part of the dash is an 8-inch screen, with analog gauges in front of the driver. The 2nd-row bench is not available on the new Enclave, but two cozy 2nd-row captain’s chairs are a decent substitute.
